The Lost One
You're deletion,
old object of completion.
Don't need you, wont need you.
Never wanted what I couldn't have.
But within my heart I felt a stab.
I was once able to believe,
that in my heart you weren't seen.
But now I need you, now I want you.
This is it, this is the one.
Let it go, let it go, I urge myself.
This will be your death,
so from my very bosom I will bleed.
As I plead,
with myself.
It doesn't matter now,
you've gone, all we did was love and fight,
nothing more and yet my heart has taken flight.
Drowning in tears I crawl along the floor to the shelter of my blade,
take the knife and down it,
I am thy sheath.
Take me now,
or forever hold thy peace.
