The Lost Lies (Revised)

You hide behind your sunglasses
Fake tears rolling down your face
You almost had me fooled
But your game I will not embrace

You live in a world that once was
A horrible time for you and me
I can see now who has matured
For fifteen years later, you bring me agony

Your accusations I'm sure are true
In a place only you believe
I will always love you
For this I will continuously grieve

I was wrong in the past
You are wrong as of today
Please give us a chance to be happy
And go our separate ways
