The Lord’s Cry to His People
Behold the time is no longer near;
It is now. I have shouted, I have whispered,
And still, you do not hear.
Let the one with ears listen
For when I and My grace depart,
There will be no more delay,
And salvation shall be bought with blood.
Return to Me, O Israel My chosen, My delight.
Who is Israel?
Not those born of a name, but those born of obedience.
They that keep My word and walk in My truth,
They that turn from sin,
Who choose righteousness over comfort,
Light over darkness.
But you My people
How long will you spit on the hand that feeds you?
How long will you mock the very breath I give?
You cry for My glory,
But reject My holiness.
You want My crown, but not My cross.
I am the Lord your God
Not your accessory, not your last resort.
I am not blind to your ways.
You dance with darkness and say, God understands.
But I tell you the truth you do not know Me
If you live like I am not watching.
I never asked you to be perfect
I asked you to repent.
To turn.
To wake up before the flood overtakes you.
The road that many celebrate
The mega path filled with noise and lights
Is not the way to life.
It is wide, it is praised,
But it is a road to death.
And many far too many follow it with a smile.
My people, stop playing church.
Stop calling Me Lord
While bowing to idols of flesh, fame, and pride.
I AM not on the way, I AM HERE.
I came as a child.
I came as the poor.
I came through preachers, mothers, strangers
But you said, There’s still time.
I tell you the truth:
You will be shocked.
You, My chosen, will watch
As the rejected and forgotten
Walk into the kingdom before you.
Not because they were worthy
But because they listened.
Repent, I say.
Fall on your face before Me.
Tear down the altars in your heart
That are not Mine.
Blessed is the Lord,
Who reigns in truth and justice,
Who loves fiercely and rebukes with fire.
To the humble, I give mercy.
To the faithful, I give reward.
To the wicked who pretend to love Me
I will say, I never knew you.
But to the one who loves Me truly,
To the one who endures,
To the one who walks in My ways
Your reward shall be great.
Though unseen now, it will be revealed.
And righteousness shall be your robe,
And Heaven your home.
All glory, all honor, all praise
To Jesus Christ, the Lamb and the Lion,
The Risen King who comes with fire in His eyes
And mercy in His scars.
Amen.
