The Lord Needs You

Our Lord needed a donkey to fulfill salvation’s plan, the one he rode to Jerusalem, amidst the praises of man. The praises changed to derision on the very next day. The little donkey met His needs- carrying him humbly on the way. The way led to Calvary’s cross, And He stumbled beneath the load. Our Lord needed a man to help, So Simeon carried His cross up that road. A donkey and a man were Both needed by our Lord. He needs you too, to tell others, Until all the world His story has heard. Mark 11:3 If anyone asks you why you Are doing this? Tell him, “The Lord needs it.”
