The Long Journey Into Morning

Time sets to sail again, a ship on her way to another nation,
Having anchored on my world for a decade.
Each tic- toc, now, a second to treasure.
Yesterday’s painful agony, swept by the breath of a wind;
Now, the daisies blossom; the lilies sway;
The seas whistle; pearl light glimmers,
Celebrating the birth of freedom and peace.
Time sets to sail again to navigate through rough waters,
Soon, to hear the gentle music of spring's poetry.
