Shame on Washington. Shame on We the People for putting them there, and continuing to put representatives there that accomplish nothing.or just a little more than nothing. They are not royalty, no matter what they may think.
The Live Washington Nativity By Franklin Price 12/7/2017 In the Washington nativity Live actors are no more The record setting year gone by Erased them from the floor Washington has lost it's flock Think the politicians care? They only care about themselves We sheep are sheared and bare No wise men in attendance I think that statements fair The least wise of them sent packing Without their underwear No baby in the manger With the water threw him out Have forgotten in the capitol What the Christ child's all about No angels singing carols All are gone from the hill No praising for the congress Who vote no on every bill No room there in the stable There is no open stall An overflow of asses Has taken one and all Now you know the reason For no live nativity We're lucky, in our capitol, There's still a lighted Christmas tree
