The Little Lost Boy Within You

I will comfort you babe
When you’re feeling lonely.
I see the little lost boy
Seeking love and attention.
Did your mother not love you
As a mother should do?
You push away family
And push away friends,
Don’t need any help,
Just living your life.
But I see deep in your heart,
The need for love and attention,
That little lost boy
With tears in his eyes,
And I wrap my arms around you
To offer what’s missing.
I kiss your wet cheek,
Will never leave you,
My little lost boy
Within the man that you are.

Every great man, still has a boy in him. At least, I believe that. Ingrid, I think you captured that thought. Noel from NoelsArt

Thank you, sometimes a glimpse is given of this fact, when a man makes himself vulnerable. Just as the little girl is still within me....
