The Little Dreamer
I walk along a sandy shore
Thinking what I had before
Realizing now that I am free
I can be what I wish to be
Like a bird I wish to fly
Gliding towards the mountains high
Like a horse i'd like to roam
And where I slept make that my home
I do now what my heart desires
Sitting on beaches with big bon fires
Candlelight dinners of cold sweet wine
Myself and I become entwined
Travel across the deep blue sea
Where my life is no mystery
To the canyons far below
That is where I wish to go
To the mountains far and wide
Far away to run and hide
Now this voice is calling me
From the deep somewhere, who can it be
Wake up darling, wake up dear
Don't be frightened Mommy's here
Awakened from this dream world mine
Someday this place I vow i'll find
