The Little Angel
Ding dong, ding dong,
A call to the nation, and all in the presence,
Awaken your ears, awaken your spirits,
A child is crying, a child is calling,
Struggling, losing the fight, is a young cool child,
Who will heed the call, to stop the big fall?
So much we can mention, afflictions of the angel,
From abuse to neglect, violence to assumption,
From hunger to torture, the nature not forgiving,
From homes to the community, schools not to mention,
All around us surely, shouts of violence really,
Who will heed the call, to stop the big fall?
Dear listeners, for how long will the child suffer,
Physically, mentally, emotionally and psychologically,
No! No! No! Stop this, stop and shop for goodies,
Turn the cries to fries, and trials to celebrations,
Many are the afflictions, of the little, little angel,
Who will heed the call, to stop the big fall?
Do you imagine, busy destroying your future,
Oh yes! I mean it, no child, no future, that’s it,
Punching, kicking, slapping, a step of real destruction,
Indecent touching of children, by old with no apology,
Bad exposure to mention, all in an angels basket,
Who will heed the call, to stop the big fall?
Shout and shame the devil, report and end the evil,
Save this great generation, brighten up their faces,
Joy and jubilation, celebration is in the channel,
Happy happy day, when a child will be a jewel,
Non to drop or lose it, but cherish and hold to end,
Let’s all rise to the occasion, and save the little angel.
