The Light Within
In the quest to find the right inspiration,
I wandered through temples and sacred narration.
Holy words once filled my heart with light,
Yet, as I left, the glow slipped out of sight.
I watched the little birds, their nests they weave,
Hoping their young will fly before they leave.
In every chirp, their hopeful songs ring true,
Reminding me that hope resides in view.
From Plato’s cave to Aristotle’s thought,
Great minds have pondered, and truth they sought.
Socrates said, “Know thyself,” and see,
In self-discovery, lies our key.
Nietzsche called to overcome and strive,
To find our strength and keep our dreams alive.
In every challenge, there’s power to gain,
A guiding light through joy and pain.
When skies turn gray and shadows fall,
Remember, the light is within us all.
You were born with wings to soar so high,
Beyond the clouds, where dreams can’t die.
