The Light in Your Smile

There’s magic in the way you smile,
It melts the pain, if just for a while.
Like sunlight on a winter's day,
Chasing all the dark away.

Your laughter feels like gentle rain,
Washing away the deepest pain.
A melody so soft, so true,
Like flowers dancing in morning dew.

Even storms forget to stay,
When you smile and look my way.
With you, the world feels warm and bright,
A canvas painted in golden light.

So keep smiling, just like this,
Your happiness is my only bliss.

A well-written poem that is nearly a rhyme, but form isn't as important as what your lines say. These tell a love story.
