The Light

The darkness in my room, I silently penetrated. Everything, I could not see. The light, I switched on To find the darkness had evaporated in a wink. On my bed, I sat and around, I glanced; Mighty was the bright light That vanquished the darkness, Yet, still existed beyond my sight Poem by Mugisho N Theophile
