The Letter
I wrote you a letter,
signed "Love Always",
telling you all the ways that I love you,
remembering your gentle kiss,
celebrating all of the bliss,
screaming silently, how much I miss
you.
It was filled with melodies,
singing high pitches quietly,
duet of souls reaching beyond bodies,
to chase butterflies, laughing childish-ly,
eyes joined dancing visually.
The letter will go down in history,
forcing viewers to assess their beliefs,
about true love dying wickedly,
admitting that idea is blasphemy,
we represent that being pure deceit.
The only tragedy is,
I was never able to deliever it to you.
