The Last Step
Standing on the edge.
Light and dark.
Vibrant colors ripple.
Gray skies.
Gray thoughts.
Air surrounding, whispers.
Endless torture.
Black heart.
Reflections of the past.
Mirrored lies.
Internalized.
Pain, inflicted plain.
Burdens bound.
Chained , static.
Carried every day.
Whipped, scarred,
Bloodied, barred.
Accelarate decay.
Rays of light.
Clouds turn white.
Mental fog uplifted.
Days and nights.
Flights and fights.
Stones being shifted.
Standing on the edge.
Sunrise. Sunset.
One last step.
