The Last Dance

Flickering flames,
shadows dancing
in vain.
For their stories
that unfold
shall never again
be told.
Melancholy moves
the breeze.
An invitation to
the last dance,
of a soon
to be forgotten,
romance.

Well done Yoshi. It's terse and precise yet leaving room for one to wonder. Isn't that the work of a poem? To raise questions in answers and letting people find their own place in it? I like it buddy. Kudos.
