The Last Call

My worst fear is what if
I die a sudden death,
where unexpectedly I am
deprived of my breath.
I want death to be kind
	approach in steps small,
and when I hear them louder
I know it is the last call.
A similar wish to God
my grandma also made,
I heard her many times
when sincerely she prayed.
	Fortunate was my grandma
now I keep wishing on a star,
and I hope God listens to
	what I fear for.
Death is the ultimate truth
and life has to descend,
I don't want my loved ones
to face my abrupt end.
