The Ladder
What is Life all about or does it even matter?
Seems it is just looking for that ladder,
That leads to happiness when you make It to the the top.
But maybe first we need to stop,
Figure out what happiness is to you.
What if you try to find it but you never do?
Because you don't know what your searching for,
And it seems like your always walking through the wrong door.
Is the wrong door even possible to find?
If we are all here for a purpose then right is the only kind.
So maybe it's not the top that should matter,
Maybe we should care about every step on our ladder.
Because what's the point in living your entire life unhappy just to depend,
On your ladder leading to happiness only in the end.
