The Kiss

I turned and a couple of tears escaped

And everything else went by within what seemed to be a couple of seconds

Distracted by your beauty, something different about this feeling

Lips as soft as clouds tasting like heaven but we kissing hard so you know where this is headed

Lips taste like my favorite flavor, so I always want seconds

Seconds ticking away I wish this kiss would last a little longer

Our lips crash like waves in motion, am I in Jamaica already

No smear lipstick we can’t make a mess

She asked about marriage and I was like oh say less

Been saving money for three years to get this ring

The way you look in that dress got my stank face so mean

But your sh** don’t stink most of the time, because roses really smell like you

Kissing you hearing forever and knowing promises never end, not even when the author comes to a conclusion

When our lips touched it was just the beginning with no end in site

This milestone was the site, blurry vision, I’m crying at the site of you

Then I heard you may kiss the bride

p.s. and I kiss you over a million times more…
