The Kind of Sad

She was the kind of sad you mistake as mystery.
She was the kind of sad that radiates strength.
She was the kind of sad that is never silenced.
She was the kind of sad that seems serene.
She was the kind of sad that keeps you alive.
She was the kind of sad that swallows your world.
She was the kind of sad people fall in love with.
She was the kind of sad to be loved in secret.
She was the kind of sad that you loved,
And sometimes she even loved you back.

Nice, Sarah. Why is it that such sadness is often attractive in various ways?
