The Kind of Girl
The kind of girl I would like to see
atop her pedestal looking up to me;
the crown of her glory beneath my chin
so arms of my love can envelope her in.
Her hair so silky like an angels halo
and her sleek graceful neck doth embrace silky flow.
Her ears are as rose petals in delicate form
that listen for the tune of my voice every morn.
Her eyebrows are contoured with wisdom so natural
that reflects her keen mind both genius and sensual.
Her lips are hot sugar that burn when I kiss
yes, burn when I touch and pout when I miss.
Her eyes are as diamonds sparkling with charms
just for me they do shine even more in my arms.
Her soft satin skin so creamy and white
scintillates hot passion in the coolness of night.
By day she beams with affectionate yearning
and patient awaits when from work I'm returning.
She cares for our home and decorates it new
but she has her own time she's not under my shoe.
Yes I am the master but never bark orders
I respect her free nature and private borders.
The adventure of life we share hand in hand
thru happy and sad together we stand.
