The Keyboard's Mightier Then Delete

...The old cliche.
"The pen is mightier then the sword", said they.
But haven't we advanced at all?
That newer, better sayings could be formed?

The keyboard's power surpasses the force and there are those that prefer their voice.
The classroom still prefers you use the pen, but when you leave, will you then?

Will you clutch a pencil till it snaps, etching into paper till it wraps. Clutching at the
pen and writing till, you make an error and can't repeal. You ask for a better way, this
is the day.

...For typing.

The keyboard's mightier then delete. The poetic voice surpasses violent screams.

Let the modern day warriors of the word, raise their hand and be coerced;

...to lend their talents to the world that needs them.

Just absolutely wonderful.. I am referring to all of your works. I am a beginner at the writing and sharing out loud game and have enjoyed receiving some great feedback, but it is your comment I was awaiting. Your unyielding vocabulary both impresses and inspires. I am slowly but certainly making my way through your collection. ..I tarry for new, while old affix dope..

How true! Let the "poetic voices" be heard, whether they are sad or joyful, there is no reason to try and "delete" them because you can't delete these emotions. The keyboard has replaced the pen for most people, but both are still mightier than the sword! Take care, Diane
