The Key To the Lochness

They tried for her pictures They tried to tape her But she is mysterious And to never be seen Giant, green monster Or maybe she's not Only rumours have spread How dare they assume Like a humble, sunken ship Afraid of the daylight She stays in her shelter Never breaching the top So ancient and peaceful So lonely and angry Always watching for cameras Or divers or boats They tried draining her lake But they don't understand She's not one for the spotlight And will not be seen Nessie swim freely At the bottom of Lochness I won't let them hurt you I won't let them see you
