The Key
There is a place
deep inside my heart
that only God can fill.
It is a place
only I can unlock
with the key of my will.
I can hold the key
Oh, so tightly grasped,
and self will remain on its throne.
Or I can surrender
my will to God,
and ask that His will be done.
