The Joy of Your Life
Happiness is a life-caring feature
A feeling appealing and good
Because of the kindness we show to each creature
We know that we live as we should
But every right function is done over time
For the sake of the good that we do
And every tall mountain is such a good climb
For the sake of the summit in you
The service we give to the cause of creation
Is great for the virtue inside
And how we must live for the pause of elation
Reflects on our purpose and pride
But as the by-product of love and success
And not the fulfillment of such
Happiness lives by the wrongs we address
And not as our purpose so much
The purpose of life is to live by our caring
With kindness, compassion, and thought
For joy is fulfillment and subject to daring
To be what our passion is not.
