Let me tell you a story about-
The Journey of Time.
In and out go the days;
where is time quickly going?
Not a second can you hold,
though endlessly it's flowing.
Through your fingers, like the sand,
time slips away from you;
each tiny grain, a moment full
of love for life, so true.
In and out go the years;
why is time's journey flying?
Born you were just yesterday;
tomorrow holds the dying.
Like the rolling waves of sea
time splashes on your shore.
You cannot catch a single spray-
and so, you wait for more.
In and out goes your life;
too soon- the journey's ending.
Time becomes just memories-
as the last of it, you're spending.
When the final wave rolls in
upon your shore one day-
gently ride it back to sea;
in calmness, drift away.
Eternity awaits you now;
no more days or years.
Just the peace of timeless time-
free of pain and fears.
