The Invention of a Village Life

by Parizo Van Thulare I was born endless miles from the town I was raised to wear a crown I may look shy in a crowd But i was born to survive in these dark clouds Criticism makes me bold Unlike protons i know how to settle even when it is cold I know what a struggle is I know how to be independent means They say i was raised from a dull background Some say i grew driving copper wired cars around But that created the person i am today It was preparing my heart to face such life I am a village boy The invention of a village life Thee innovation to the future life I am a village boy I'm not scared to tell stories of how i was raised Words have come from the other side Saying i have a soul of a kite They say i don't know how to hike They forget i raised in a cave I do know how to climb Thats why i always thrive These scars on my face They do tell many tales The battles i fought with my enemies And the path I've travelled to this moment
