The Inner Switch
Suddenly as godless as Sodom,
But only in it's mind's brain,
It is filled, used and filled again,
With those yearns, years laid at the bottom.
Swiftly, like a coal train goes down-hill,
Only in the mind again,
It offends and feels no pain,
This heart is frozen, and conscience's chilled.
Practically void of the spirits,
Tuned to offend like radios,
more selfish than mosquitoes,
Yet knows in the end, these he must reap.
All the need is for the self (mere dust),
For someone? It's him to please,
Or else put his flesh at ease.
He has changed like the thief on the cross!
