The Inner Fight
The fight In you
People see the outer
And they start to doubt ya
People don't see the inner
And know that you are a winner
No matter how many times
Life knocks you down
Get back up this go round
No matter how hard it gets
Don't live your life with regrets
Keep going
Keep moving
Live in your purpose
Know what you are doing
Ask God to direct your steps
He is there to help
It's the inner fight
That will take
You to new flights
To be great
Everyone goes through
Becoming a better version of you
The better version of yourself
Keep going
Even when you feel
Like you have nothing left
Pick it up
Your life
No matter how wronged you are
Continue to do right
Shine a light
Even if it's dark
Show you got love
Show you got heart
Be the book
Not just the cover
You will make it my sister, my brother
Continue to fight
One day, you will get it right
It's the inner fight
That will take
You to new flights
To be great
