The Infamous Finger

Their are some-things'
That I don't like to linger
But, I was sleeping
Last night...
I am a great big dreamer
     ------
I got up out of my bed
In the middle of the night
I went to my desk,
To get in the Inter-Net sight
       -----
I know that I am not
The smartest thing
I'm not really bright
But, I saw some-thing
If bothered' me all night
It was some-thing
That the browser
Did, It stuck in my head
     -----
I was looking on the sight
For Jerry Springer
And you know what that
Browser did///
It gave me the " finger'
      ------
I am the kind of man
I'm meek and polite
Not the kind to start
A fight...
      ----
But, wrong is wrong
And right is right
But, that darn machine
It gave me the finger all night..
     ----
Now I wasn't mad or really scared
But, I couldn't find any-thing
That I wanted, so
I went back to be....
Their were thing's about
That. that I really dread
Because that " Nasty Incident "
Kept sticking in my head..
     -----
Now, I don't mind you giving
Me the finger....
But, don't point at me
      ------
And on that thought
I will let it linger...
