The Imperfect Me

This is me,all there is to show
No more, no less
This is me doing me
This is me living me
This is me, trying to be more like me
This is me trying to be less like you
This is me living in my shadow
loving who i am is all i want you to do
I know i ain't asking too much
Please let me be me,the imperfect me
The me i was meant to be
I'm too perfect to be me
Allow me take this moment
It might be one in a life time
Please let me take this time out
Let me on this train
To be me,to be who i really am
Please this is me, this is who I'm
All i can e'er be
