The Hunt For Humor

Poets capture words on the run
Fence them in as writing’s begun
The game is muddled
And authors befuddled
When penning a hard-to-catch pun

We try! You're going back to poems written over a decade ago. It's not easy to write something good, but you do it all the time. You are such a wonderful and prolific writer, and I am very thankful to have contact with fellow poets such as you. I am also awed by how different we all are. It's rather incredible to me, and I feel privileged to be able to experience a small part of what is here.
