The Human Way

Of all the magic in this world
Humanity does find the flaw
Morality twisted and curled
Living tale of a monkey paw
We'll never learn
More bridges burn

Wishes of more wants than needs hurled
Destroying the very last straw
Upside down now, right and wrong swirled
Rinse, repeat, to the top we claw
Never middle
Human riddle
