The Human Race 2017

The Human Race, 2017 There is no ‘White Supremacy’; there is no ‘Black Lives Matter’ But who has been refueling To make this hatred fatter It's never black and white, but everything in between We are; The Human Race And we differ in how we see There is no ‘Rich Vs. Poor’; yet, less a ‘Middle Class’ Who is growing our dependencies? To control the way we act Where have gone the dreamers; small business, building lives Who is costing us our future? With taxes, fees, and lies The pros and cons of history, so, why should statues fall? Another way devised to blind us And to keep the racial stalls We are all in this together, and together we must stand To recognize each other To serve the common man We are all in this together, and together we’ll be strong Remember: We The People Cause politics, will always, ‘play’ us wrong © 2017 Jeffrey Spencer
