The Horse and the Rider
The horse and the rider
he is marching
every high place made low
every chain broken
bondage breaker
break me
the walls close in around me like a night of pale winter
my words have poisoned me
my thoughts have beguiled me
at the turn of the tide
I surrender myself
I seek that which is within me with super human strength
forged in fire and tribulation
I turn not to the left or right
I march forward
my eyes are fixed on the light
I am free
so I march
