The Holloween Master

Happy Halloween from the creator of sin
Please open your mind and let me come in
I have to say that I can stay for a short while
I can teach you to hate : your heart to be vile
I’ll show you atrocities you’ve never seen
Enhancing your mind and soul : be unclean
Just hold my hand; the burning eternal flame
On this hollowed eve ; costumes spread my fame
On this hollowed eve, your children speak MY name

So fitting for the season. Good use of rhyme to convey your thoughts. Much captured in just nine lines. Thank you for sharing your talent with us and for your kind comment on my poem. Have a nice day!!!! Karen
