The Hearts of Men

These days have shown the hearts of men
    in all their blackened throes
Once upon the feasts of greed
   O does the honor go

Swift will be the winds of change
   on the tyrants last parade
When the shoulders of those who bear the load
   loyalty begins to wane

Our path to here was made with the blood
that flows through the hearts of men
and what was once our past
   so shall be made again.
