The heart of our democracy

Democracy's are formed,
yet many won't remain,
when autocrats emerge
to prolong their lengthy reigns..
Fighting to the death,
these soldiers of Ukraine,
thru personal sacrifice and loss,
their territories to sustain..
We must not abandon them
when their weary war wanes.
The heart of our Democracy is
strengthened by their gains..

But I don't hear of anything bad happening there today. I wonder if they are even communists in Viet Nam. Yes, I agree with you .
