The Heart Is a Brittle Instrument

The heart is a brittle instrument,
play it too softly and no delight does it make
Play it too hard and it breaks.

Love is such bitter despair,
love too hard and you are burnt to ash
Love not enough and watch the fireflies easily go off.

Very true my friend, Kudzai, that is why Aristotle has taught us to find the "golden mean" between the extremes so as fine music to produce and heavenly love to feel!

Hey Demitrios! I like that teaching by Aristotle, you are always my fountain of wisdom! Thank you very much for your kind words

Good write, Kudzai. It seems we are all squeezed between too little and too much. True, The effect is certain.
