The healing
Her : You think you found an angel,
But baby I found one too,
I was lost, broken and hurting,
Until I met you.
You didn't have to say a word,
Your eyes spoke to my soul,
You knew you'd mend my broken heart,
Piece by piece until it was whole.
Baby you saved me,
From something I thought I'd never find,
You touched me the way no one has,
My body , soul and mind.
I just want to take your hand,
And walk you through my dreams,
Just to prove that what I live for,
Is a future with you and me.
I'm here with you now,
No matter what life puts us through,
So fall into me baby,
As I have with you
PART II
Him : I know I found an angel , the words you speak are true.
I am humbled by your love and all you been through
You’re my amazing grace , my light in the dark
You ignited my soul when I was craving a spark
So let me pick up the pieces , I know where they are
Turn all the pain into love and kiss all your scars
I want to live for your smile and dry all your tears
Take care of your heart and ease all your fears
I will always protect you, I’ll lay down my life
Give you all of my love and make you my wife
I will never let you down , so baby fall into me too
I know when God created the angel, he must’ve been thinking of you.
Part 3
Her : I feel my scars healing,
More and more each day,
From everything you do for me,
And all the words you say.
God made you just for me,
He knew I needed you,
I couldn't believe it at first,
Could this really be true?
Everything happens for a reason,
Or so that's what people say,
How could something so perfect,
Change my life is just one day.
You came into my life,
And it all happened so fast,
You might not be my first love,
But I promise You'll be my last.
Part 4
Him : I fell in love with all of you,
the insecurities,
all of your scars.
The way I can feel your
heart beat,
though we’re a million miles apart.
Our love is the afterlife
of all the hell that
we’ve been through
There’s no doubt that god
made you for me
and me for you too
It’s all a part of his plan,
the keeper of the stars
because we wouldn’t be us ,
without all our scars
We’ll have our days , but our love
will shine through
So I promise you the best of me
in return for the best of you.
