The Haunting
Now I have never believed in ghosts
Until the other night
This thing I saw was hideous
And it gave me a terrible fright
I was laying in my bed
Trying to go to sleep
And saw it standing at my door
Even now, it gives me the creeps
I covered my head and shivered
And said please, won't you go away
You won't believe the sound it made
As it started coming my way
And when I saw this creature's face
It was the most frightening thing of all
For this ghost that was haunting me
Was actually my mother-in-law
