The Haunted House
I entered a haunted house
you see.
It was all full of dust and
spider webbies.
A slam of a door had me
running for cover.
I heard a scream
that gave me an
eerie feeling.
There was a rattle of chains
and
a cladder of thunder.
Then a ghost appeared
and started floating
down the stairway.
My teeth went to chattering
and my knees was a knocking.
So I closed my eyes
and said a little prayer.
Then I opened my eyes
then there I was sitting
in the middle of my bed
all covered with covers.
