The Hairy Hands

Through barren landscape, wet and cold,
along a winding stretch of road
he rode his bike, she drove her car,
but neither travelled very far,
as spiteful hairy hands appeared
(and soon those severed hands were feared).

As cases rose, debate was hot:
were deaths the drivers' fault or not?
We still don't know, for who can say?
But should you venture down that way,
be vigilant in case it's true -
the hands' next victim could be you!

Congrats on your winning work. Very eerie one for sure. I hope those hands have been reunited with the body to which they belonged and are back attached settled in peace. Thanks for all the visits to my page. Sara
