The Guitar's Echo and the Flute's Music

How beautiful and sweet, those memories,
when life was full of His and Her dreams.
But life carries on, and with it New Dawn,
Memories passed,Memories gone.
She forgets the sweetest sound
of his guitar's silver strings,
which played for her ,so beautifully,
which used to give her golden wings.
She forgets,She erase those memories,
those deep feelings meant to be,
those long streams of glittered dreams.
She heard the sound of his guitar,
She cried so deep,a tear, wet cheek,
Knowing new lyrics and new soft sounds,
echoed aloud, for a new born She,in seek.
The girl lost and so alone, far away
from her own Home,She hears a
sound so sweet,She hears,a sweet
new sound,the soft melodic
sound of flute, playing just for She.?
The wooden flute played music
of,'How do you do'?Music playing
just for you',telling her'I love you true'.
She heard the sweet music in his voice,
a beating drums of heart,Her choice.
She could speak, till she hurt her jaws,
He would listen, and come more close.
He would be there, forevermore,
If she just opened her wooden locked door.
and She looked back in Yesterday!
and heard again those verses play,
a chapter of words ,Dedicated in clay,
and She CarrieD on to a New Day.
Forgetting the path, which led her his way,
Hating the past, and His Guitar's play.

Rather haunting and mysterious. I like the rhymes throughout that are sometimes very subtle. Good instruments too, I like the sound of a flute.

Well, I have been wanting to play for "Your Beauty" again; more than Anything in life but, life will not let me play; as the strings of heart slowly become broken along the way....But ow how I have longed to play, for only one, "You;" the greatest love of my life; "My Beloved," Your, John!:) ~

I hope you find new music that leads you to happiness, Charma. The guitar player seems quite deceptive in this write. Sometimes we hear what WE want to hear; sometimes we only hear what the MUSICIAN wants us to hear. Quite a compelling poem, one of your best I think! It goes to my faves! Love, Carolyn

This has a nostaligic feel to it, Charma, and reminds me of a poem from the past, where women were serenaded by troubadors! Sorry my limerick was not about Brian. I didn't mean to mislead people like that. He is a realy sweet guy, but why were people thinking i was talking about him running to women's rescue all the time?hahaha. You would have to know the OTHER guy to know why I wrote that limerick.haha. LUv,Andrea
