The Greatest Word
‘Love’
The most famous word
Given to us by God.
The craziest thing
That raises all feelings
The most admired
And appreciated
The most beautiful
And the most colorful
The voice that tames the widest beast
The hidden treasure of all men
The balm that sooths all pains
The best detergent for stains
Yet the worse inflictor of pain
It brings about joy and gladness
But when it fades it turns all to darkness.
It may leave one heartbroken
But at last it mends your broken pieces.
