The Grandest Performance
Life is lived as one big performance,
The stage is set, with sights before us.
The curtain rises. It's time to shine,
Oh, what a time to be alive!
You make the most of a life that's given,
A life that's lived full of ambition.
We live for today and not for tomorrow,
Be content in your life for others to follow.
Live your life to the fullest, each day is anew,
With the lights shining brightly, there is nothing you can't do.
Be content in the present, live your life with much zest,
In the grandest performance, just give it your best.
With dreams as our scripts and hopes in our hands,
We will dance through the moments that fate has us planned.
So take a deep breath and step into view,
This world is your stage. Make it vibrant and true.
Be content in your journey. Let love be your guide,
For others will follow where you choose to stride.
At the end of a life, what really matters is not.
It's what you bought to the party, that is never forgot.
