The Grand Easter Story

Now that Easter is drawing near
The story must be told
How God sacrificed His Son
To bring us to His fold.
Christ died upon the cross
That salvation we'd receive
He paid the heavy price and all
We need do is believe.

There are still some who have not heard
And some who would not hear.
Tell them about the loving Christ,
Of how He'll reappear.
As God's ambassadors we are
Chosen to tell the story
Of how some day He'll come again
To take us home to Glory.

A nice EAster poem post, Joyce. well, I will wait for Nathan to post the winners because right now they are not posted up for me to see who they are. That was one long wait. But I am glad you came in third. LUv, Andrea ps YEP, teachers DO have their pets. I usually like all my students. If anything, I just have my "pests" haha
