The Grand Display of Fall

Cranberry colored leaves scatter the side of the road below
Most of the trees are still green, waiting to put on the show
Each day a little brighter, with splashes of color to see
Like a painting in motion, until it peaks abundantly
There it will be, for us to view as we stand there in it
The grand display of fall, bursting with beauty is ultimate

Hi Charlie. Only some of ours have started to change. The rest are green and we are having summer weather in September right now. I look forward to all the color too! Thank you for your kind comment :)

Thank you Vijay. That is what it seems, a painting being done day by day for display :)
