I enjoy making people smile Folk enjoy my quirky fun style If someone's feeling down I will reverse their frown With silly poems that I compile I’m awful at cleaning my house When vacuuming I’ll moan and grouse Dust I just ignore Cleaning is a bore I’d rather spend time with my spouse! My special qualities; now let me see A good listener to those who need me I am a loyal friend The truth I will defend I value the virtue of honesty The good, the bad and the special about YOU poetry Contest Sponsored by Eve Roper 03/03/20

My most beautiful ancestor, Sarah Lawson, was from Bradden, where her ancestors lived more than 400-years ago, so forget about the dust (your muse could be a speck) and keep writing! We all need a laugh! Aloha! Rico
