The Golden Mean

Call it a day and go to play.
Who can stop you and what to say?
Work is good, and so is play.
Make it a rule to rest a day.
As life goes on, and much to stay.
If you ignore your need to play
And work so long and rarely lay,
Your health will fade and slip away.
You can’t stop. You can’t delay.
If health is gone, you dearly pay.
So, listen to me and make your day!
