The Golden Gate Bridge

Golden Gate Bridge Now, don't be ridiculous, do open your eyes,  Is it a brave single mother trying to raise Her daughter or son? Or is it the man, jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge In an act of self-slaughter? How about the elderly, who live alone and are home bound? They wake each morn, however...far from forlorn. Or is it the man from the Bridge? His body about to be torn. By the hungry rocks below No, I say! Courage and admiration go to the brave across all nations  Who bravely face life~that are strong. Never sorry for themselves today. Their simple gratitude for life~totally  surpasses any jumper... Trashing a God given life to almost ashes. Panagiota Romios 2/18/2019

Hi Pangie, you have written a thought provoking poem, i believe everything in life is sent to try us, and make us stronger, and that God is the teacher, and as we know a teacher always stays quiet during a test,we may think were alone but God is watching over us.

Love, love the depth of your reply! Amazing isnt it! One read? But I never let no reads or one read or few reads ever stop me. I complained to ML Kiser about this so will pass this on to you.it is the best thing I learned here, “ did you come here to get comments? Or…. Do you come here to write poetry “ I think you know me well enough by now to know that I did not come here to write comments.. I did come here to write.. period. Nor did I come here to win prizes.. I came here to write poetry! Pretty simple, eh? Plus am invoved with writing and commenting at two other sites. And email others. Not short emails ever! Keep writing, John Pangie xx

This poem is a wonderful reminder that the brave keep on living, and doing their best, no matter what.

Hi Caren, The bravest never are on the news, are they? They quietly go on living their lives. Jumpers are big out here, no matter high the barriers. Thank you for visiting.-)) Appreciatively, Pangiota
